The bandsaw blade is the component that comes into direct contact with the product. Its tooth configuration must be suitable for the type of meat, bone or frozen food being processed. The accumulation of fat, meat residues or bone dust on the table, guides or pulleys also affects precision. Frequent cleaning prevents these residues from interfering with blade tracking and helps maintain appropriate hygiene standards.
